SCHEDULE OF PAYEMNT

Required to be done in four instalments -

1st instalment to be paid at the time of admission latest by 30th April.

2nd instalment to be paid in July by 31st July

3rd instalment to be paid in Oct. by 31st October

4th instalment to be paid in January by 31st January

Fee once paid is not refundable for any reason. Only security fee will be refunded after making necessary adjustment if required.

Late deposition of fee after prescribed date will be with fine of Rs. 10/- per day for next 30 days, Rs. 15/- per day for next 30 days after which name of student will be struck off and for continuation, readmission shall be required with all initial deposits required at the time of admissions except securities.

Late deposition of transportation after prescribed date will be with fine of Rs. 5/- per day for next 30 days, Rs. 10/- per day for next 30 days after which van facility would be withdrawn.

WITHDRAWAL

One calendar month’s notice in writing or a month’s fees in lieu of such notice must be given before a student’s withdrawal.

Those who leave the school in May must in all cases pay the fees for the month of June.

Transfer certificates will not be issued until all dues are settled including fee for SLC/TC

Students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:
1.Acts of Indiscipline or Misconducts
2.Academic inadequacy after all efforts put by the school

If a withdrawal takes place due to the above reasons, the question of charging a month’s fee in lieu of notice does not arise.
